On behalf of our office I would like to congratulate you on taking the next step toward improved health and wellness! We believe you are in the right place and have seen many clients obtain fantastic results!
Your First Visit
We highly recommend you bring your spouse or significant other to your first appointment. We will be going over a lot of information which may affect the household. Mutual support in any needed changes will be vital to your success.
PLEASE DO NOT WEAR ANY TYPE OF FRAGRANCE AS WE HAVE SENSITIVE CLIENTS
Please watch this REQUIRED Video, along with your spouse or significant other, prior to your first appointment.
All forms should be filled out 1 week prior to your first visit. Our team needs time to review your case. In order to serve you to the best of our ability, we do require your paperwork to have been received by us by the due date given to you at the time you made your appointment. Please understand your appointment will be canceled if we do not receive your paperwork to review by the given date.
Complete 5 Tests
After checking in at the front desk, you will be escorted to a private room. There you will be given five noninvasive in-house tests.
1. MetaOxy Urine Test
This will show how much cellular inflammation you have, and what level of inflammation you are in.
2. Nutra Energetic Scan
A computer sensor and software reads your body’s cellular energy output and gives an analysis as to how well the organs are functioning, and what toxins are effecting the body.
3. Heart Rate Variability Test
Tests the Autonomic Nervous and Endocrine System and how well they are regulating, helping us to understand efficiency in important gland functions such as the thyroid and adrenal glands.
4. Orthostatic Blood Pressure Test
Evaluates how well the adrenal glands are responding which affect your stamina and energy vitality.
5. Body Composition Test
Shows the percentage of muscle to fat, so we have a baseline as to where you are and where you are going in respect to weight loss.
Meet with Practitioner to Review Results
After the tests are complete, you will meet with your practitioner. He/she will discuss your health concerns, go over your paperwork and test results. The practitioner will have reviewed your paperwork prior to meeting with you, so he/she will have a very full picture of your health story. The practitioner may ask a few questions to clarify details about the symptoms you are experiencing, treatments you have tried, and your commitment to improving your overall health.
The practitioner will then share with you any dysfunctions he/she sees with your body, lifestyle problems, potential causes for your symptoms, and so on. The practitioner may not know the root cause of your health problem at the initial visit, more tests may be required. Sometimes there is a need for lab tests to be completed at home, and then sent out to third party laboratories. You may also have multiple root causes for your illness, and it may take time to reveal all of them. It’s like looking at an onion, you know there is multiple layers but you can only see the first layer until you peel it back.
Rest assured, the practitioner will do everything in their power to get to the root of why you are having the symptoms you are struggling with, and address that root cause, so that your body can heal and you can live the life you deserve.
Overview of Treatments
The practitioner will go over what type of treatment program will work best for you, this may include diet changes, exercise, lifestyle changes, vitamins, and/or natural supplements. The practitioner will thoroughly explain the effectiveness of the methods and treatments prescribed. Feel free to ask questions. The practitioner may recommend some treatments or healthy changes to get started on right away.
At the end of the appointment, you will have the opportunity to purchase any recommended supplements at the front desk, or vitamins and other products from the store.
How long is the Visit?
The first visit will usually last 1½ - 2 hours. Follow up visits are typically 30 minutes.
If you are visiting for Neurofeedback, Acupuncture, Physical Therapy, Massage, or another treatment, the intake process will be a bit different, and likely not as extensive.
