New Challenges in Battling The Latest Viral Strains

With seeing up to 100 patients a week, I can’t help but notice new or changing symptom patterns that show up because of different viral strains moving through the population. In recent weeks, I have been observing symptom patterns that are different and stealthier than I have ever observed in the past 30 years of holistic practice. The symptoms range from your typical sore throat, sinus congestion, and fatigue to a huge range of symptoms that people wouldn’t normally correlate with a virus such as diarrhea, headaches, indigestion, and even gallbladder symptoms which can be a variety of symptoms such as bloating, gas, nausea, pain, a full feeling under the rib cage on the right side, or even tightness or pain between the shoulder blades.

The strange thing with this recent strain of viruses is that any of these symptoms can show up without feeling like you would typically feel with a cold or flu. One day you may feel fine and the next day tired, achy, etc. This can go on for three to four weeks from what I’ve seen. I ask myself, “Why are so many people testing with liver and gallbladder imbalance?” After doing some research, I believe it’s because this strain of virus produces spike proteins that bind to cell receptors called ACE 2, which are heavily present in liver cells and bile duct cells. When spike proteins attach on to these cell receptors, it creates an immune response which causes inflammation – potentially resulting in cell tissue and organ damage. There are also higher amounts of ACE 2 receptors in the heart, lungs, intestines, bronchial, and blood vessel tissues.

Based on observation and research into dealing with these viral strains, I have determined addressing this naturally requires a multi-therapeutic approach: the preventive plan and detox of spike proteins. The first step is to be proactive and stay ahead of the issue by taking preventive supplements daily such as D3/K2, Zinc, whole food Vitamin C (not ascorbic acid which is synthetic), and a product called Immuplex, which works on supporting the foundation of how your immune system works – I call it a multivitamin for the immune system. If you have symptoms of a virus or recognized symptoms as I explained, it is important to jump on higher amounts of the items mentioned above. Bumping up D3/K2 to 20-30K/day for three days, Raw C to 6/day, zinc 100MG, and Immuplex 6-8/day for adults. I also recommend taking a product called Wellness Formula as close to the onset of sickness as possible and continue until you feel better. There are many products on the market, but I have found that certain supplement blends work more effectively depending on the viral strain. So far this fall, products like Wellness Formula, VIVI, or ATAK seem to be quite effective.

As the final step, I recommend doing a spike protein detox protocol. There are certain systemic enzymes that have shown to be very beneficial in helping to clear spike proteins from receptors, along with other key nutrients such as NAC which is an amino acid that helps the liver to produce a protective substance called glutathione. To consolidate the, at least five different nutrients ideal for spike protein removal, I teamed up with a manufacturer to produce a single product as a spike protein detox. 1-2 capsules twice daily on an empty stomach can be taken of this product.

The final clinical pearl I’d like to leave you with to help the process of clearing spike proteins as well as reducing inflammation is a simple concept of fasting called intermittent fasting. The key with this process, as it pertains to clearing spike proteins, is that it must produce a state called autophagy, and to do that, a person must fast for at least sixteen hours. This would be done by ending eating at a certain time in the evening and delaying the first meal the next day allowing for sixteen hours before eating. Autophagy is a natural process by which a cell breaks down old, damaged, unnecessary, or dysfunctional components within a cell, and then repurposes those components for fuel and to build or maintain cells. Autophagy is important as these junk components take up a lot of room in a cell and can prevent it from working properly. Autophagy also destroys disease-causing pathogens like bacteria and viruses that can harm cells.
