What was your health like before?

I had problems with persistent psoriasis, trouble falling asleep and relaxing, was overweight, and had ugly yellowish fingernails.

How is your health now?

I am still on topical medication for psoriasis but my skin has stayed the clearest it has been for as long as I can remember. My fingernails have improved as well.

I have lost 15 pounds, fall asleep without a problem most nights, and have more energy than ever.
