What was it like before you came to see us?

I was very tired all the time. For many years I needed to lose some weight. I had a very poor diet and was not eating very nutritionally.

How is your health now?

Much improvement, thanks to Kristine and Nikki I have learned a lot about proper nutrition, toxins, and metals. Every visit I was given a lot of practical, useful information. I have lost about 14lbs. and have a lot more energy than I use to.
