What was your health like before you came to see us?

I had a lot of pain. I ate whatever I wanted even though I knew it would cause adverse effects. I was somewhat depressed but I think that was lifted.

How is your health now?

I want to join the YMCA and I think I can do that now - before I was afraid of hurting my back even more. My joint is better and my ankles are no longer swollen which was a lifetime problem. My itchy scalp is now gone as well.
