Pilates Classes

Pilates Fundamental Classes are beginner level stability and flexibility exercise mat classes. 
Instructed by Janell Strupp, Physical Therapist and Certified Pilates Instructor. 

At Total Health, our Pilates classes are geared to help you improve flexibility and stability, starting where you're at, rather than comparing yourself to others. Modifications will be made for your individual needs, so that you can exercise comfortably while achieving your fitness goals. 

By working in small groups or one-on-one with a Pilates instructor at Total Health Nutrition Center, you can learn moves that mimic and improve performance in your sport or activity of choice. This type of core work helps your body stay strong and upright, even if your job requires you to sit at a desk for eight hours a day.

Class Information

Price:  $200 per 6 week session (one hour per week)

Location: N82 W15485 Appleton Ave. Menomonee Falls, WI 53051

Requirements: A complimentary individualized posture screening and health history form will be completed prior to your first session. Please schedule a 15 minute FREE posture screening with Janell during the week prior to session starting; or plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your first session to complete a brief intake form. Please bring your own cushioned mat, towel, pillow or other props, as desired for comfort. 

*Private Lessons are available by appointment, and are recommended for those new to Pilates or anyone recently or currently recovering from pain or injury. A discounted hourly rate is available for 60 minute or 30 minute therapeutic exercise sessions to work on achieving your personal goals with Janell Strupp PT, CPI.
