He has a passion to help identify root causes of health conditions and help turn the momentum of his client’s health in a positive direction.

Kristine Stein

Certified Herbalist and Natural Health Practitioner

Kristine Stein is a Certified Herbalist and a Natural Health Practitioner. She has her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Botany, with advanced studies and certification in herbal medicine and nutrition from the California School of Herbal Studies. She owns her own Milwaukee-based firm, Brew City Botanicals.


Manda Johnson, LMT, CHC

Massage Therapy & Certified Health Coach

Coach Manda brings years of experience in natural healing to her massage practice. She received her training at the Wisconsin School of Massage Therapy and is certified in CPR AED, first aid for Health Care Professionals and as a Licensed Massage Therapist.


Karen Peplin

Licensed Acupuncturist & Massage Therapist

Karen has an extensive background in both acupuncture and massage therapy. She is board certified in acupuncture since 2009 and as a licensed Massage Therapist since 1995.


Mona Eberle

Practitioner in Natural Health

Mona comes to us with years of experience in naturopathic health. She holds degrees in nutrition, exercise physiology and naturopathic nutritional therapy, and a Masters Degree in Health Fitness Management. She is an experienced practitioner, presenter and educator, providing individual coaching as well as classes and workshops.


Paige Welsh BS, MS Nutrition 

Practitioner in Natural Health

Paige has a passion for helping people recapture their health. She has her degree in Community Health Education and Nutrition and is currently in the Masters program with University of Bridgeport in Human Nutrition. Her own health experiences drive her to actively pursue health as a way of life, personally and professionally.


Janell Strupp PT, CPI

Physical Therapist, Specialize in Fascial Counterstrain 

Janell's background includes 25 years of rehabilitation experience as a physical therapist. Since 2010, she has been focusing her efforts on a trail blazing technique called Fascial Counterstrain. Backed by the latest research on fascia's role in reducing or eliminating the source(s) of acute or chronic pain and inflammation, and having witnessed life changing effects in the lives of her family members and clients, she would love to share the benefits of this innovative technique with you!


Sonja Hintz RN, BSN

Practitioner in Natural Health

Sonja has extensive clinical experience having worked as a nurse for 30 years in both the mainstream medical and the complementary medical approach to treatment. She is familiar with nutraceuticals, special diet interventions and can assist in any nurse case management that may be required. She is well versed in addressing health conditions for any age using holistic therapies.

Sonja Hintz also writes and lectures about biomedical treatment for children with autism. She and her son both authored a chapter in the book titled Vaccine Epidemic. With her son Alex’s diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder over eighteen years ago, Sonja was compelled to reevaluate her beliefs and knowledge in traditional medicine. Through the use of therapeutic dietary intervention, biomedical treatments, and other integrative therapies, Alex made a recovery.
