When I mention the words ‘exercise benefits’, you might immediately think of heart or cardio vascular health, strengthening muscles, increasing metabolism and improving circulation. These benefits are all true and very important, but there are three other benefits that are crucial to our everyday health: improved bone density, consistent flushing of toxins from your body and brain stimulation.

You've heard of "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT", but I like to say “YOU ARE WHAT YOU DIGEST!” You actually get a lot of your enzymes from the foods that you eat. However, the problem is that foods these days are lacking in enzymes because of over processing. Over a lifetime of eating, our bodies' ability to manufacture enzymes can get overworked. This is due to a lack of eating foods that have natural enzymes in them.

As you know, there are thousands of items on the market to help with skin beauty and health, and most of them are topical. People are often misled through advertisement, that topical treatment is the best option in maintaining good-looking, young, and healthy skin. However, the truth is that healthy, young-looking skin has most to do with what you take internally, i.e. what you eat!
