Cauliflower Potato Mash

Ingredients

Makes 4 servings | Gluten-free

Ingredients use organic whenever possible

1 medium head cauliflower, cut into large pieces

4 small red potatoes, peeled

6 peeled garlic cloves

3 Tbsp. butter

1/2 cup bone broth

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Chopped chives to top

Directions

  1. Steam cauliflower, potatoes, and garlic until tender.
  2. Toss into a blender, add bone broth and butter. Pulse until you reach the desired consistency. 
  3. Season to taste with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Pulse blend.

       Transfer to dish and top with chives.
