Jean treats every client/patient with the utmost dignity and respect in helping them acknowledge the presence of mental health and/or substance-related disorders. Jean creates individual treatment plans for each client exclusively. She has created and facilitated successful early recovery skills groups, relapse prevention groups, anger management groups and pain management groups.
Together, we will work to identify underlying issues and develop coping strategies to manage symptoms and improve overall well-being. Each therapy session is tailored to the specific needs and goals of the individual. Individual therapy can be beneficial for people dealing with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
Couples therapy, also known as marriage counseling or couples counseling, focuses on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening the relationship between two partners. We will work with both partners to identify patterns of behavior and communication that may be causing distress or dissatisfaction within the relationship. We help develop strategies to improve communication, build trust, and resolve conflicts in a healthy and constructive way. Couples therapy can be beneficial for couples dealing with a range of issues, including infidelity, communication difficulties and parenting conflicts.
Family therapy involves working with multiple members of a family unit to address and resolve issues that are causing distress or conflict within the family. We help families communicate more effectively, identify patterns of behavior that may be contributing to the problem, and develop strategies to improve relationships and strengthen bonds. Family therapy can be beneficial for families dealing with a range of issues, including conflict between family members, behavioral problems in children, divorce or separation, substance abuse, and mental health issues. Each therapy session will be tailored to the specific needs and goals of the family. The goal of family therapy is to promote understanding, empathy, and support within the family unit, leading to greater overall well-being for all members.
