Grain Free/Sugar Free Pumpkin Bars

- 1/2 c almond butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c swerve (or 1/3 c honey)
- 3 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- optional (but highly recommended): stevia/monk fruit sweetened chocolate chips
