Richard’s Famous Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
I request these delicious burgers about once a week from my talented chef/husband Richard. They are easy to cook, fast, and make wonderful leftovers for lunch the next day.

Ingredients (use organic whenever possible)
• 1 pound ground turkey
• 1/2 a chopped onion
• 3 chopped mushrooms
• 2 cloves minced garlic
• 1/2 cup or less of quinoa flakes (optional - good if meat is too moist)
• Worcestershire sauce
• Butter
• Olive oil
• Salt to taste
