• 1. lb. ground beef
• 1 organic egg, slightly beaten
• 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
• 1 c. cooked wild rice
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. garlic powder OR finely chopped garlic to taste
• Optional dried herbs, such as rosemary, thyme, oregano
